All items purchased from the online store www.amodoria.bg are accompanied by a quality certificate. All items are original, new, unused. The rings are in standard sizes. We send you the ordered ring in the size that we have available, if you want a certain size, please contact us. A chain is not included in the price of the pendants unless specified. The chains are standard length 42cm. The online store is not responsible if an item is out of stock. In the case of out of stock items the customer is given the opportunity to order the desired item or a possible alternative. In case when it is not possible to provide the desired item, the customer will be notified by phone call and email.

Items price change
www.amodoria.bg has the right to change prices at any time without the obligation to notify users. The customer is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of conclusion of the contract. In the event of technical errors in the publication of the site, www.amodoria.bg has the right to refuse the performance of the contract and does not owe any compensation to the user, except to refund the amount paid by the user, if any.

The message about reduced prices is by setting the new price next to the old one which is crossed out. If the term of the reduced price is not specified, this price is valid until the quantities are exhausted, but not more than 1 month or 6 months when it is under the conditions of art. 66 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Refusal of goods

You, as consumers, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt, provided they are not used, the integrity of their packaging is not broken and they are sent back in the form in which they were received and the provisions of art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Should a defect in the product be found within 24 hours after receipt and in the case of undisturbed commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging, we undertake to replace them with a new one or restore the value of the goods paid by you, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, from the date on which you as consumers exercised your right to refuse. The shipping and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the supplier. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics specified on the webpage, the supplier shall refund the full amount paid by the consumer in accordance with Art. 59 para 3 of the Consumer Protection Act and within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and undisturbed commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.
