Refuse to accept goods

You, as consumers, have the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 working days of receipt, provided they are not used, the integrity of their packaging is not broken and they are sent back in the form in which they were received

Should a defect in the product be found within 24 hours after receipt and in the case of undisturbed commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging, we undertake to replace them with a new one or restore the value of the goods paid by you, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, from the date on which you as consumers exercised your right to refuse. The shipping and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of the supplier. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the characteristics specified on the webpage, the supplier shall refund the full amount paid by the consumer in accordance with Art. 59 para 3 of the Consumer Protection Act and within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and undisturbed commercial appearance of the goods and packaging
